About The Role
Role Location: Bengaluru
Role Type: Managed Services
Duration: 3 months
• Responsible Act as single contact point for any kind Onboarding related queries from local/regional Onboarding teams, recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
• Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders effectively to ensure results are achieved
• Focus on continuous improvement of the process and Maintaining a focus on reducing costs to ANZ while Adhering to ANZ policies and values
• Accurate & timely reporting of work results to the Team Leader/manager on a daily basis.
Your key priorities and responsibilities include:
• Meet Turn-Around-Time target 100%
• Meet accuracy target of 98%
• Prioritising and actioning Onboarding and Background check cases in ServiceNow
• Should be able to multi task
• Should be open to work in different shifts based on the geography supported
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth and better Onboarding experience to the candidate
• Customer Satisfaction, Value Addition and Adherence to the process and policy
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Knowledge of end to end recruitment and onboarding process process (Background checks)
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry preferred.
• Strong customer ethic to provide quality and timely customer service
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain data integrity
• Well-developed MS excel skills
• Extensive experience in admin in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work and self-organised to achieve the business goals
• Strong customer service focus with attention to accuracy and detail
