SEO Traffic for Dating French-Canadian/France site

I need to increase SEO traffic for my French/Serious Only dating site (Canada(Quebec), France) by an additional 2000+ uniques per day. Those seeking occational or intimate relations are just refered to those type of sites. It's a SERIOUS ONLY dating site and it's those members that I want. At present, I estimate about 5% from organics who join in the site. That should get me another 100 new members/day when reached.

Looking at my stats, I have found many local keywords that have low competition (few article submissions should do) that look like it brought new members. But, I know of many keywords that have high competition local keywords(Quebec) thus will take longer to be in the top 3. For some of them, I'm in top 8. I will work with you to better target the organic local traffic to increase new members.

IMPORTANT: I want targeted traffic THAT MUST converts to new members. I don't want traffic just for traffic sake.

* No links from: Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, adult, pharma, ping sites, etc.

* No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing.

* No links from "under construction" pages.

* No sites which ask for money later.

* No use of blackhat software.

* No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages.

* No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.

* No link exchange programs

Those are French keywords thus take it into account when bidding.

You are not bidding on positions of keywords but on increasing organic targeted traffic/members to my French dating site.

I will create(not pay) a 10% milestone as a good faith gesture. I got burned before so don't even asked to be paid before the 10% result below is reached!

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payment based on RESULTS and will be paid using Freelancer and you will get paid as follows...

+10% when I reach a steady 200 unique visitors/day

+15% when I reach a steady 500 unique visitors/day

+25% when I reach a steady 1000 unique visitors/day

+25% when I reach a steady 1500 unique visitors/day

+25% 60 days after I get a steady 2000 unique visitors/day (to make sure everything is good and if you prove your method is all above board). I want to make sure that your work delivers a solid rate of new members.

Bonus if the goal below is reached in the first 30 days that you started:

- 1. Steady 1500 unique visitors/day

- 2. 75 new members/day from organic search only. I won't count refered by other members, leads, affiliates ...

I will gladly double the last payment(50% instead of 25%). This would be 125% in the end plus more long term work!

I know my site stats(% man/woman, % pictures ...) so NO GAME or you will not get paid, be deactivated from tracking and get a bad review !!!
