In Q2 - 2017 we begin Google Shopping PLA's Managed by the agency we've selected and after two years vetting specialized boutique firms. As we begin that roll-out I am tasked with identifying a specialized agency/individual to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central Sales Channel. We will not need two years to vet this person as we now have a streamlined 8-Step process that allows for amazing communication and very clear expectations up front. It also allows us to build mutual trust in the agency/individual which to us means allowing them the time they need to do research, plan, strategize, execute and measure.
