I am starting a new company that will match virtual assistants, such as yourselves, with real estate professionals in the USA. This will be an ongoing job, with as much as 60 hours of work per week, every week, forever if you are good, reliable and trustworthy. We have not launched yet, but we will very soon but need to assemble a team first. If you are an agent, that is okay. Please tell me how many real estate trained VAs you can provide, what you charge, and how many hours they can work per week. Whether or not you are an agent, a call center, or an individual, I need you to do the following: Tell me what experience you have in real estate. This can include marketing, cold calling, blog writing, Craigslist, social media marketing - ANYTHING. Tell me what your lowest acceptable hourly rate is for consistent virtual assistant work. If Freelancer sets a floor on your hourly rate but you are willing to go below that, please tell me in the application what your lowest rate is for constant work, forever. This will be like a full time job. You probably won't have time to work other jobs - only for my company. Less hours to start, and as much to 60+ hours per week, every single week. Tell me what your English level is. In order for us to gather lots of clients, and therefore give you lots of work, we are not able to charge very much. Please, be specific and tell me what the lowest $/hour you will work for, if this is a full-time, consistent job. I will hire as many qualified individuals I can find. If you only have a couple skills related to real estate, that is okay, apply anyway. The more skills, the better. Thank you in advance. I look forward to working with you.

Have done numerous inbound/outbound calling projects. From selling cellular phones, offering a rate reduction in a company's monthly phone bill, selling remodeling/construction services to selling a tennat computerized system. All using ZOIPER, X-lite,Softphone dialers and Bria Also have used SKYPE to make calls.

I have work as Real Estate VA for more than 2 years I have handled US real estate in TX, CA, GA, NY, KY, FL i call buyer and seller and get more details. I have my own skype us to make a calls. when it comes to english 10 is the highest and 1 is the lowest i think im at 8. I'm a BSIT graduate and have learn english in my school since preparatory. my experiences have honed my skills to be perfect in this position.
