Boost sales/ launch product manage seller central little account

Must be able to create automatic and manual campaigns and mantain them with a good aknoledge of marketing. The ACOS of my products must be around 20 - 25%. Now i have a bunch of campaigns from the rest of prevoius agents and nothing clear in [login to view URL] most of the campaigns are bad performed so the proffesional must reestructure the campaigns and create new ones the proffesional must reorganize the campaigns - Must be specialist in boosting the sales on amazon - Create listings making all the task needed for it: keyword reseach, making a title rich in relevant keywords, making a description also attractive and with kw, the same for bullet points. i need that this proffesional is capable to transform the photos of my photographer into self-explaining, life-stype photos that can make conversions to sales. it means the proffesional must have aknowledge of some editing photo program. The listing must be goood quality and make sales. The proffesional must update and use the backend kw. - Mantaining-remodeling (if needed) the existing listing according to the rules in the first paragraph - I have an account on Joelister that is a software to connect amazon to ebay.
