I have experience with sending bulk emails and in your case, I can tell you that nothing is better than having a small team of 4 or 5 people manually sending email. Please allow me to explain. What I will do is have 4 other people and myself manually send the emails. The emails that end up being bad will be put on a spreadsheet and sent to you after the projest is completed. It's true, the project shouldn't take 10 days so if you want it done in a shorter time frame we can go down to 5. However, I suggest 10 because this will help us properly manage and see what emails are bad. In order to send the emails we will use gmail because gmail accounts have the highest success rate of landing in the inbox. Don't worry, we can make new gmail accounts that are business oriented so everything will be authentic.
