B2B email blasting, your database and servers, Asia or Middle East only

I saw many people on Fiverr provide 1-10 Millions email blasting services at very affordable prices but most of them are just scammers, so i was thinking maybe some of you do provide similar services here. I will provide: Eml file, very simple email blasting text A list of free domain that i want you to exclude, gmail yahoo etc, i do not need them You will use your: - Database: Asia (especially Malaysia singapore thailand vietnam indonesia brunei) OR Middle East (especially uae, saudi, qatar, oman, bahrain, Kuwait), let me know so that i can give you project base on the region. - smtp, vps, ip, domain, sender email, reply to - unsubscribe (please have your subscription function, i dont want people send me email scolding me for spamming them) I need a report about how many people receive open click etc. Doesnt really matter because at the end i only judge your service base on how many inquiries i receive.
