Get website designers and developers signup to my directory -- 2

Hi Looking for someone who is great with email marketing, social media marketing, facebook groups (organic and strategic marketing) to get 10k website designers and developers register on my website . This website would be a showcase directory only for website experts. These website experts can be website designers and developers.. can be individual freelancers and even companies. We need someone to work on this for full time, 7 to 10 hours a day, all the 5-6days a week. Saturday working is preferrable. (Weekoffs can be considered on Monday). What we need the marketing officer to do: 1- build leads of thousands of companies(web design companies) 2-build leads of thousands of freelancers (strategy to be discussed once we start; use of other freelancing sites, use of facebook groups of website experts, facebook groups of entrepreneurs, slack groups of website experts & entrepreneurs, finding other online forums) 3-outreach, followup - email + calls 4-get 10k website experts register even on free plan is fine. 5-get all these website experts (100%) of them active account 6-get all the website experts upload their atleast 3 portfolios and let them get these portfolios been reveiwed by their client. Any other admin tasks if any. People trying to get this project as a outsourcing part time project, shall avoid applying.
