Hotspot Media is a business optimization agency seeking to intertwine PR and psychology. We are a very small team of a young owner and freelancers on occasion. We offer services ranging from social media management, ad campaigns, strategy, and more.
We are a startup seeking first clients. I'm looking for someone who can acquire and bring us new clients, essentially a lead generator. This candidate will need to have connections and know of businesses that may be in need of us. I see this as much more efficient and multifaceted than simply running ads, as the role has the potential to grow very large/long term if the candidate brings in enough traffic.
Ideally, this person is able to help grow us from very small to managing several clients. If exponential growth happens, i'd like to potentially expand this role to COO or something along those lines. This is contingent upon outcome.
This is on your own time, fully remote, contract, and commission premised.
There will be a base salary, $250 per month with of course much higher upside than that.
We don't intend to be cheap. for the first 3 months, any contract with a monthly value of less than $300 will earn you $100, and any contract you bring in worth $300+ will be 30% of monthly contract value.
