Overview:
An international makeup artist is looking for an experienced talent to establish and grow a beauty business (makeup) in Ho Chi Minh city. The manager will collaborate with the owner to create company’s strategy and vision and will have to execute this vision by working back to back with freelance developers, designers and content writers. Moreover the manager will be responsible for customer communication, sales and translation (from English to Vietnamese and vice versa).
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Sales experience (being able to convert leads to sales)
- Experience in conducting competitor research and creating business and marketing plans
- Understanding the digital marketing environment
- Good communication skills, ability to transform ideas to actions
- Being able to multitask
- Passionate talent that takes proactive ownership
- [Nice to have] background in design
- [Nice to have] experience with WordPress
- [Nice to have] experience in Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
Budget:
300 USD net + 5% commission from each sale which can double the salary
