I'm looking for someone who can cold call and find people who want to sell their home for CASH. This would be a base plus commission position. The weekly pay will be around 50 usd and the commission will be 15% of net profit. The average job pays around 5k and i've made as much as 50k on a deal so you do the math. I close all qualified leads so the more you bring the more we make. I'm setting a goal of 5-20 deals per week. A couple a day is all we need to become very very successful. If someone has a call center and wants to do a larger commission deal that's a possibility as well. The weekly pay will increase as business picks up. This will be a long term position. The first week will be a test to see how many leads can be generated to show your motivation, and if you can find 10 that qualify to be purchased its a $500 dollar bonus. All you have to do is find people who want to sell their homes for cash. This may result from old age, drug usage, death, divorce, foreclosure, taxes, and DEBT. Research your own list, I can give you details on where to looks, save the customer in the database and get the customer to take a second call after a small questionnaire, and the deal could be signed that same day.
