Modify current website - open to bidding

Here is what i originally posted as the full project.... hi there.... we have a current website which is in need of some additions and re-structuring. It's written directly in html, with a small PHP database. URL is www.seascape-sail.com. For right now - what we are looking for are two distinct items. 1) We've been dropping down the rankings for a while now; we need someone with a keen SEO eye to do some tweaks and make suggestions on what else we might do. Nothing huge at the moment; somewhere in our not-too-distant future is a total re-design, so we don't want to spend TOO much time/effort on this. 2) I am personally able to tweak minor html and create new pages based on current ones (eg, check out our Yoga page (under Special, top tab). This was a super-quick-fix i did, using current code to cobble it together. HOWEVER - that's about the limit of my experience level, and much as i'd love to learn more - i need to be focusing on other areas of the business. So for right now, i want to change the structure of our Yachts page. We need to add more boats; the space that is currently taken up with just a few boats is too big. We need something that will display the main features of each yacht, leading to a page with lots more info. An example would be the website of one of our charter biz friends - [login to view URL] We would also like a facility to show a scrolling thumbnail photo gallery (NOT like our friend's photos; something more like a typical "real estate" site would use. Ultimately, our site is going to need a significant re-structure overall; but that's going to take a lot of time and prep work. For right now, we just need to get these urgent changes made; then think about the rest of it. So - someone who's an html wizz and can put simple stuff like this together fast; hopefully with SEO skills too. And who knows what else may develop from there, we have lots more changes we would like to make later ! (including thoughts of converting to Wordpress... : > )
