Hello! :) I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to myself and my team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, writing and managing online projects. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype & WhatsApp, Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities: - Perform market research - Provide customer service as first point of contact - Respond to emails and phone calls - Schedule meetings - Book travel and accommodations - Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records Professional Support: - Handle financial tasks in payroll and accounting - Make business purchases and deal with vendors and find vendors Handle Sales & Marketing Support: - Drive traffic to online storefronts - Create promotional campaigns and events executing and monitoring ad campaigns and other promotional campaigns - Find and engage potential customers - Post projects and online adverts - Monitor the work of the marketing team - Manage blogs and social media accounts - Create presentations and sales materials - Collaborate with writers, graphic artists, and designers - Share industry-related advice and guidance on social media or get someone to do it. - creating and scheduling daily posts - researching and curating content -identifying and engaging on a daily basis with social media users and other industry-related influencers online - collaborating on strategies - creating reports Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role - Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP - Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) - Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) - Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Solid organizational skills -High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have lot of experience working as virtual assistant doing various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements, writing and managing online projects, market research, etc.. I have good knowledge with word-processing software, spreadsheets, Google calendar, social media, etc.. I have decent English and communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available as per UK time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day on email, WhatsApp and Skype, without interruptions. I have experienced VA work and can follow instruction well, i have done assignment of managing USA amazon store remotely with the help of Team Viewer. i used to manage inventory for both FBA and Non-FBA, replying buyers emails and manage returns, shipping details and making shipping labels.
