I need an ios developer for a small app

#10 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT ------------------------------------------------ 1), FCM Notification service, able to get device token, send it to page ([login to view URL]) for future use. 2), Receive push notification from FCM 3), Use device location, send it to ([login to view URL]). 4), Allow image, video or other file upload from 1os mobile to online ([login to view URL]) 5), Get a cookie/session name from website and store it on app for longer login session (remember user login session as long as the phone is on just like other app). 6), OnRecive Error, open a native activity, or html to helo reconnect. 7), Check network connection if no network show alert and close app. 8), Remember last visited page and resume from there 8), Listing to url key reference such as (mailto:,share:,like:,exit:,refresh:,map: etc), and open as requested. 9), Always open external link outside of the app view. which mean lunch it with default phone browser. 10), allow app to instantly take a picture and send it to website ([login to view URL]) Other function that will give me full function to control what i have on my website
