Real-time Light Weight Screen Sharing Program

I need a light weight, super fast (real-time) screen sharing application that can be launched at a click of a button that is tied to my current java chat application, which is tied to my MS SQL database. I am looking for someone who has already written a WORKING screen sharing application. I will only consider someone that can show me a WORKING program that they have written the code for already and can then customize this code to fit my application. This is for a medical surgical application that views moving waveforms so it has to be fast and smooth. It also has to run on a SSL certificate to be HIPAA compliant. This screen sharing application must be invisible to most hospital routers and hardy enough to auto reconnect if the connection is weak (which is often the case in an operating room). Must Have Features: -Screen sharing only - no remote control needed, view only one way. -Smooth and fast remote screen viewing (as close to real time as possible) -Auto reconnect attempted if disconnected until sign off -All users on both end can have installed client (all users are known) -Encrypted SSL -One button instant connection to user who is connected to current chat program -Must be able to capture the computers IP addresses logged and the time connected written to a log and sent to my server running my MS SQL database with any changes, connects or disconnects. -Screen sharing may have more than one computer connected at the same time -Perfer java or javascript if possible for control -A reader (the person viewing the screens in the Operating Room) will monitor 4-10 different Operating Rooms at the same time.
