Automate my trading strategy - Interactive Brokers (IB), TWS, Java, Eclipse

I need a Freelancer who really knows what he or she is doing! My life savings is on the line so the code has to be right.
There is an open source Java Test Client that is supplied by Interactive Brokers and already has considerable functionality: [login to view URL]
I want you to modify the code, providing easily understandable comments for every block of modification, to achieve my objectives.
I do not need anything fancy. I need something lightweight and functional that isn't going to break.
I want the modifications to achieve the following:
(1) connect to the TWS (and reconnect when possible if there is a connection issue)
(2) collect data on specific instruments every minute or so (this should be easily changed to different time frequencies, including those that are not equally spaced such as every minute when the second hand is at :05, :30 or :55.)
(3) [login to view URL]() the data to the console (easy)
(4) Make basic calculations and output these to the console (I will do this, but need you to show me where in the code to do it)
(5) Check my current position on a specific equity (eg long 300, short 500, etc), compare this value to the desired value (my formula will calculate that) and trade live when required.
If you have the knowledge, skills and professionalism to help me with this project, I will pay you well for high quality work. You need to know what you are doing! :) I would rather pay to get things done right the first time.
I work in Eclipse, so knowledge of Eclipse could be useful.
