We are inviting proposals for outsourcing software companies to build a complete platform. 1. Scope of the work is to build a cloud plat software service platform that can use by different developers to build the software service. 2. Platform the going to be built is going to be used by front-end developers, back-end developers, Machine Learning algorithm developers, data engineers, and big data engineers, to develop the software service. 3. One of the aims of the software platform is to host, run, and demo AI/ML code and application of the AI/ML code. 4. One of the aims of the software platform is to log all the activities of the developers that are working on the platform. 5. One of the aims of the software platform is to sandbox the development or experiment code and the code in production. Many more details will be discussed throughout the initial negotiation period. Out Aim in selecting a firm is their ability to deliver the product. Their team's combination, proposed performance goals, their understanding of the task in the hand after initial discussions, and cost-effectiveness of the process.,
