Design & architect cloud components & landscape (Java environment)

We are looking for a java resource for a 4 to 6 months project immediately.

The job profile is given below

Tasks:

• Architect and design the cloud components and landscape of applications built on SAP Cloud Platform Java environment

• Assess and improve User experience, performance, and security aspects of the applications

• Design and test product features by following agile development practices

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, IT, computer science or related fields

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Java and related technologies like Core Java, JEE, Spring, JDBC, JMS, REST, Node JS

• Prior knowledge/experience in SAP Cloud Platform Java stack is not a must but would be advantageous

Role Requirements

• Good knowledge of OOAD, algorithms, data structures, multithreading, design patterns, programming best practices

• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure and its building blocks

• Prior Knowledge of authentication techniques/security and integration aspects preferred

• Strong grasp on at least one relational database system such as SAP HANA DB, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Experience of designing systems with HLD (High-level Design) and LLD (Low-level Design) knowledge

• Experience of working in an Agile Software development environment and teams

• Good experience in system quality, security, performance, maintainability & extensibility

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Continuous learning / Self-learner

• Interpersonal skills: Team player, collaboration/consensus building, openness to new ideas

• Service and customer orientation - results and execution focus

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Certifications like SCJP, Java EE Enterprise Architect, etc would be advantageous

Start Date: Immediate

Note: There will be one round of technical interview post in which project details will be shared.
