The web/mobile app must have all the functionalities of the reference site with a better design.
We are looking for a budget solution so you are free to use any open source platform available.
Some of the common functionalities includes the following --
1. GPS real time location tracking- Tracking the location of our objects (vehicle,
person, mobile, bike etc.) online in real-time.
2. Notifications- Getting instant alerts about our tracking objects, know when the object
enters or exits geofence-zone, know if it is speeding and stopovers. Get SOS alarms if it has
been stolen as well as turn on/off the engine easily. Get notifications to our Android or Windows
devices, via e-mail, mobile App or SMS.
2. History and Reports- Can be able to download and review reports in different formats:
XLS, PDF, CSV, TXT. Reports include various information by date and GPS tracker name
including: driving hours, stopovers, distance traveled, fuel consumption and many more.
Detailed and group reports should also be available.
4. Fuel status- Would be able to easily check tank fuel level and fuel consumption along
the route in real time.
5. Geofencing- Geofence feature allows to set up geographic boundaries around areas
that have specific interest for you. Receive automated alerts when the object enters or leaves
marked boundaries.
6. Replay- Wherein you select the vehicle and the timeframe and it will display a short
synapsis video covering the whole route taken by the vehicle.
7. Vehicle Reports-
Detail Report -

· Distance Report - Select vehicle and select date and time. it will show the user stats.
· Daily Distance Report-
# / Date / Start Odometer / Stop Odometer / Distance Travelled
· Over Speed Report- wherein you can select the vehicle from the list and filter the data
by speed limit.
· Halt Report- you select the vehicle from the list and filter the data with the halt interval in
multiple of 5 mins.
# / Date / Time / Status / Latitude / Longitude / Location / HaltTime.
· Last Location Report-
# / Vehicle / DeviceID / Status / Date / Time / Speed / Location.
· Geofence Report- select vehicle-select geofence, select time and date
# / Date / Time / Latitude / Longitude / Type(in/out) / Location
