reading csv file line by line and upload in one filenet database

I have experience with CSV file handling with Java. First thing I'm a new Freelancer and this is my first bid ever. I did a project where I had to load some CSV files with 52lakhs + entries with 7-8 columns. I can do your project. I'll use Apache commons library for CSV(best library for CSV in my experience) to read your file and then I can handle those entries the you want. I'll use APIs to upload the document file on filenet database.
