Outsoursing 4 to 6 Web/linux/python programers for long project

We are looking for a group of expert Web programmers between 4 to 6 Programmers To develop a entire new solution. Based in distributed workflows of linux tools, through web interface, in our Data Center. We require experience in:: - Linux ( VPN , Routing, SSL, SSH, bash commands, clustering, monitoring) - Python, Django (Session , integration with HTML5, Django security, write a Clean code, OS commands, scripting , API development, Big applications, payment integration,PDF reporting, Linux command's input and output interaction ) - HTML5 (bootstrap with django, Drag and drop ) - Javascript (jQuery or jNode, VT100 ) - The team will have to work remotely and with minimum of 7 to 8 hours a day (the hours/day of work will depend in the expertise of the programmer in working whit objective and make the code work), 5 day a week and 6 to 12 month by project - We are looking for people experienced and passion about programing who like to solve difficult challenges and they can approach programming problems, with methodology , clean code and documented code.. - They have to know about algorithms and solving problems efficiently . - Data Base design ( NO-SQL/BigData will be a plus if the application is develop with it instead of Mysql or Oracle) - "OpenSource Geek" some of the code of the entire application will be opensource and uploaded to github *It a plus if they know about big data, and distributed task scheduling and workflows **It a plus if they know about cloud computing Languages spoken: - English Perfect Speak and write is necessary for all the team. - it will be a plus if some one of the team speak spanish The team will work remotely and will work with objectives for every week ( apply a agile development methodology it will be a plus) The team of programmers will work with a subversion system to monitor the advances and the time to upload clean and working code We will require to sign NDA agreement , and contract agreement. We will require to report advances of the work with a project management software They will work through VPN or SSH to install and develop and monitor new functionalities of the software or software's. They will have to be connected to our chat and voip system , to talk in day by day basis. We will run code auditing in the subversion system aleatory . We will require to pass a Test to see the level of the programmers.
