Website CMS and More

READ THIS BEFORE POSTING. CREATIVE BRIEF: PROJECT STATEMENT: "Develop web layout, CMS backend, and javascript/AJAX for a website of which the graphics will be provided for you." DETAILED DESCRIPTION: This is a website for a forward thinking highly relevant church within a suburban community just outside a major city. I am on staff as a full time creative director managing graphics, web, and video production. I have a 4 year degree in Industrial Design and 8 years of experience freelancing for outside clients in Graphics and Web. With this said, I understand the logistics of this project, but doing it myself would not be time or cost effective. Instead, I will do graphics and pass the rest of the project off to you. Because of this, I am looking to someone here to handle the development of a highly dynamic, highly professional, high quality "web package," if you will. This means that the site must be to web standard, dynamic in its CMS, visually dynamic in its front end (Javascript), and consider all aspects of Social Networking and SEO. There will be several parent pages including: Media/Downloads, Events, Contact, Ministries, Ect. And there will be child pages which branch off from these. Some technical things to consider, we will need Form Submission capabilities on several pages; this may be done through [login to view URL] but if you have the ability to do this manually with AJAX then great. We will also need a way to dynamically organize, manage, maintain a large amount of videos and audio files. Also, we need a way for the site to automatically update our twitter, facebook, tumblr, youtube accounts whenever new entries are made to the main hope page. Understand that you may complete this project in any way you deem most appropriate. I know there are many ways to go about this and that many CMS systems already exist (Wordpress, Joomla, Ect) which may be adapted to our needs. Where you are hand coding things I would prefer you use PHP or Perl over say ASP or JSP. As far as animated effects and transitions I do not want any flash, but rather Javascript. Bottom line: If you can do it right, you can do it however you like. KEY COMPONENTS: 0. Consultation - We will need to talk via phone/skype/chat before starting in order to work out logistics. 1. First and foremost, you must be able to build a web layout that written content and graphics can be inserted into, based off of a graphic wireframe I will create. 2. Second, you must be able to apply Javascript effects to the site to make it more attractive; rollovers, fades, dynamic content. 3. You must develop a backend (CMS) so that this site can be maintained and updated by someone with little to no web development ability. (May be built on Wordpress or similar content management system) 4. You should also take into consideration how this site will be networked, giving it the ability to automatically post to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, ect whenever the homepage/blog is updated. SEO is also part of this; make sure it is search able and that keywords/page title are built into the CMS, when creating/editing pages. SPECIFICATIONS: - This site will have 6 to 8 parent pages of navigation with 20-30 sub pages - The site will have videos and audio files posted on a weekly basis; an organized means of handling this from the CMS will be necessary - I envision that the index page will be updated much like a blog; any major news will take precedence in a large block under the header and links (updates would be created as blog entries specifically for the main page) and any updates to the other pages on the site would automatically be displayed in a list style ticker within a side bar. - We have a web host setup and ready for you to access.
