Wordpress portal theme customisation

I need to customise this wordpress theme [url removed, login to view]

by changing the actual theme home page into a yahoo portal home page & integrating to it the same features and functionalities of [url removed, login to view] WITH A VERTICAL ICON LINK RIGHT SIDE BAR MODELED ON YAHOO!!!!

I would like a theme colour switching buton on front end with 4 different colour code theme of my choice.

Exemple: every color is in [url removed, login to view]

for example sidebars;

sidebar in [url removed, login to view]

then you will see:

background:#ffffe5;

border:1px solid #f5e082;

this is sidebar table's color code

I would like to find in the new upgrade theme the following features as exemple for your personal study as model sites;

I would like to use my [url removed, login to view] ad widget if possilbe in order to ad to my project a better adsense feature power, adding as well some open source slide show, banner scroller, and rename all dumy article links in order to launch the web site by integrating rss feed component autoblog plugin wich is already installed on my site.

The theme will have to be fully branded with my own logo from front end to back end.

You I will have to remove the original developer link from the frontend and backend, with my own theme brand links pointing to my site instead.

From theme option panel manager it would be nice to have also "shortcodes " like this [url removed, login to view]

In any other words it would be nice to have a "Theme Option Manager panel to do all those changes.

There maybe is a wordpress plugin from [url removed, login to view] repositary and this needs to be checked.

In any case as you are the developer I will rely on you for the best possible advise to compleet those tasks.
