Angular or JS Component - Dental Diagram

Looking for an Angular developer (can be also JS) to build a component that will let the user to choose each part of the diagram (single or multiple) and manage those selections (change color to selected from outside of the components - binding). Each part should be highlight (borders) while mouse cursor is over it. Parts can be filled with solid color and pattern (or the definition of small jpg/png file). Within the component there should be also the button to unselect all parts and the button to cleal all fillings from the single tooth no matter which part of it is selected.
All of it should like something like on [login to view URL] picture. It is important to try to maintain teeth and roots shapes as on the picture.
Some parts can also be replaced with single parts or deleted like on picture bbb.png. It also should be managed with proper buttons - those for examples are enough. So for exaplme root or roots can be replaced by screw-alike shape or the whole tooth (with root) can be deleted.
There should be an easy access to selected parts list from outside of the component and to the whole diagram data (JSON).
