Looking to build a quiz app like Quiz Clash using Phone Gap or a similar framework. I prefer the server to be built using Node. I want the application to work on the web, android, and IOS. Basic features: create quizzes, create flash cards, gamification, user profiles, integrated with facebook/twitter. We want to do something like Quiz Clash. Designs will be provided. Looking to build a 1.0 version. There will be a 2.0 version as well, which if the 1.0 goes well, you will also be hired for. We will consider bids above 1500, but please provide rationale for them.

I could make quiz app in angular framework, so frontend will be easy to run on desktop and phonegap (ionic) to android and ios. It's really great technology.
