Build a web scraping tool/Web site tool

Want this project done in Angular, Node, JS. Someone with past experience and professional scraping knowledge is a must. If this project goes well we will probably hire them for a future project. I need someone to create a web scraping tool that will extract information such as the first name, last name, company name, address, address2, city, state, zip code, county, postal code. media type, web address, email etc. and take all that information and put it into a database for us. With headers and field names, etc. So that we can run it every day or at a later time. Which will get the latest information from that site. The database must be able to be view and maintained on our end. So we are open to any database to collect this information and store it. Ideally, the best way would be to collect and gather the content for the database by JSON and JS. Below are screenshots of the website that we will be taking the information from. We have blocked information from the screenshots due to private information. There are multiple layers of the website that we want to grab information from. So knowledge of multiple layers scraping is a must. There are .pdf files that we would like to save if possible, data changes per year and must be able to handle that. Add fields to allow the new data to expand the database. We would like to get this information off that website without multiple hits. So that we do not get blacklist or blocked from the site. The site request a username and password that will not be given until hire. *********************************************************** If this project goes well and you are an angular 6, node, JS, bootstrap expert. Then I will have more project to do asap, for that Developer. I will need to develop a CRM to handle this page or use an already created open source CRM and make changes to it. At the same time set up a contact page that will integrate with our new website. As well to create a secured logging and single up for new users.
