99$ - Configure babel 7/graphql/jest/vscode for parcel-bundler

In short 6 things for 99$: graphql files (instead of gql`${Login}${UserProfiledFragment}`, I just used imported value from graphql file that imported the value) babel 7, and pollyfills- console errors on client yarn dev/prod(start) to reliably start using parcel instead of babel- for prod to work, as it currently will not find ts files in prod, which assume using parcel will fix, otherwise you're on hook for it to start jest errors to show right line numbers in stack traces in ts/js files for vscode breakpoints to work (unverifies breakpoints) [login to view URL]
