Please, read this posting carefully.

You will be working within a small team to develop this project. You should be providing solution based on what I agreed.

For content player, we need security and the contents should not be downloaded/modified/removed by anybody other than me and some admins (which I authorized to for specific actions). We need you to come up with suggestions. There will be contents (images, voices, videos, subtitles etc.) in multiple languages. The languages of the contents needs to be made which can be managed. The system should keep the data for if the part is properly completed, the settings, play speed etc.

Please, clearly state how much do you need to finish the project with all details.
