Create a simple e-learning ReactJS App.

I am building an e-learning website, and I need some frontend work done. I already have the templates for it, but I need to make them a "kind of" single page app, so I thought about ReactJS. The work is simple, this application has 2 parts : 1) Public facing - Where anyone can go there, search, view courses details, subscribe ( stripe ). 2) Instructors private area - Only instructors are allowed to go, this is the place they can manage their courses. Your job is to create this ReactJS application from my Bootstrap HTML/CSS templates. I have all the backend apis ready ( sign in, sign up, create courses, etc ), you have only to prepare the UI and hook up your javascript into my APIs.
