CRM / Sales-Tech Information Systems Engineer

We also propose to our customers to take charge of a part of the realisation of their technological projects with multidisciplinary teams (UX, design, agile management, software development ...) allowing them to transform an idea into a digital product of quality. Your mission: Configure and set up tools (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and add-ons) Defining workflows for creating and tracking tasks assigned to salespeople Track the adoption of features and train Sales Reps on their use Write the technical specifications and associated documentation Participate in the Software development work of add-ons and customization of the tools Required profile Fluency in English is required. All documentation and reports are in English. We require: 3 years experience working with service or sales teams implementing CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics Skills in languages such as JAVASCRIPT, node.js, C#.net or react.js development Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies and Agile management Knowledge of general sales and marketing requirements in terms of CRM tooling needs Qualities of autonomy, concerned with the details and the quality of the deliverables, you do not close your eyes to the problems you face and have good interpersonal skills?
