extend ngx-charts library to create custom chart

This project must be done in Angular 6.
To start create new project using Angular CLI to generate new app.
Then generate a new component using command 'ng generate component lib/gauge'
This new component is where custom chart must be created.
It should look like PNG attached in this project which is basically a combination of the advanced pie chart ([login to view URL]) from ngx-charts and the legend from standard pie chart ([login to view URL]).
This lib component must then be used to replace auto-generated HTML found in app.component.ts.
It is expected that new custom chart will still have ability to hover over legend to highlight chart slice as shown in demo links provided above.
Finished product is expected to be ZIP file of angular project WITHOUT the auto generated node_modules folder.
