format masking for integers for input fields eg: 123,456,789.00 and 123,456,789

I have two input fields. Named as intFormatMask and floatFormatMask . For these two fields, pleas find the below rules. intFormatMask 1) Only integers and commas should be allowed in input box. 2) on change the masking like comma should be applied. Eg: 123,456,789 3) Enter 100,000,000 and want to change to 200,000,000 then by taking cursor after 1 and deleting 1 , should keep the number as 00,000,000 . 4) Cursor position should work as how it works for normal text box. As when user Enter 123,456,789,012 . Deleting 5 should keep the cursor between 4 and 6 only, but it should not move the cursor to end. floatFormatMask 1)Only integers, commas , one decimal should be allowed in input box. Eg:123,456,789.56 2) on change the masking like comma, decimal should be applied. Eg: 123,456.78 3) Enter 100,000,000.00 and want to change to 200,000,000.00 then by taking cursor after 1 and deleting 1 , should keep the number as 00,000,000.00 4) Cursor position should work as how it works for normal text box. Eg: As when user enters 123,456,789,012.99 . Deleting 5 should keep the cursor between 4 and 6 only but it should not move the cursor to end.
