Joomla modification in Table Of Content

PLEASE READ BEFORE BID Hello the modification i want was available in joomla 1.0, but was removed from joomla 1.5 In joomla when you split articles to multiple pages you will have table of content "TOC", the problem here is that you can't add or edit the first entry, it will always be the article title. EXAMPLE i have an article called "Travel To Asia" i split the article to 3 pages "1-China, 2-Malaysia, 3-Japan" in Table Of Content you will see this * Travel To Asia * Malaysia * japan so as you can see, the first entry is always the article title and you can't add custom entry, and if you worked with joomla 1.0 you will know it was possible by defining "heading" in article page. i would like this to be done on joomla 1.5.8 thanks.
