Using LabVIEW, FPGA & RT softwares, I need a data logger with cRIO-9047 chases for following modules.
1) 9205
2)9237
3)9232
4)9361
5)9467
I want to log data in RT (FPGA) at 10Khz for no more than 3 minutes.
Two Load Cells, One Accelerometer, linear displacement through encoder, Trigger input by some switch, Speed tracking.
After recording data I want to analyse it specially Accelerometer data and print a report of all loading trends in graphical format.
Data Logging Steps:
REAL TIME TARGET:
1) Initialize and time synchronize two RT NI 9047 chases and wait for analog input from trigger switch.
2) At trigger start logging at 10 KHz for approximately 3 minutes.
3) Save all recorded raw data at USB or SD card. (USB & Card installed at RT chases)
HOST PC:
1) Upon connection transfer and save all raw data to host pc.
2) Organize and present all recorded data in a report format.
3) Filter accelerometer data and present it without noise after filtering/ FFT transformation.
5) Print all data in graphical report.

Former NI Engineer.
Main challenge would be capturing the Accelerometer data since the sampling rate cannot be exactly 10K due to hardware,
Re-sampling on captured data is required.
Suggest to stream the data to PC instead of RT for data logging because of write speed and reduction of Nonvolatile storage life in cRIO.
I have my cRIO system which can solve logical problem locally. For IO related testing, we need to hold some remote session for me to access your cRIO system.
If you would like to hire me for the project, please let me know more details like the sensors model, analysis required.
Hello sir,
I'm a certified LabVIEW Developer, i used labview in control and simulation, image processing, signal processing and have a knowledge in developing codes for data acquisition on RTOS. Please contact me with more details.
hi,
I'm very experienced in labview and have written many codes to collect and process data like yours. in my portfolio is an example where I made a tensile test machine.
Hi, sir
How are you?
Thanks for taking your valuable time reviewing my proposal.
I have seen your project description very carefully.
I am pretty sure that I am the best candidate for this job.
For why , I have a rich experience in LabVIEW project development for past 8+ years.
And I used to work on Your timezone, so there's no communication issue.
If you see my past project in my profile, You could know I am a true developer for your project.
If U are interested , Let's discuss the problems in order to develop your project.
Looking forward to working with you soon.
I am ready for you anytime.
Thank you.
I am an expert engineer in the LabVIEW area.
I have done a lot of projects with this software and in fact, my main expertise is in implementing industrial and applied projects with LabVIEW...
Hello,
I am Electrical Engineer and interested in your project. I have some questions regarding your project. Please tell me about your time limits? When you want your project to be completed? See my profile and reviews for further details.
Regards
Engineer Nouman
Working with LabVIEW since last two and half year having wide working exposure with NI hardware like PXI chassis, multi DAQ, PLCs, serial, TCP/IP and CAN as well. I have a very good experience with data acquisition, signal analysis like "power spectrum", "octave analysis" and "time-domain analysis" and customized report generation using LabVIEW itself.
