Lead Generator – iGaming AFRIKA Summit (Contract) Nairobi, Kenya | May 4–6, 2026 | On-site, Event-based Digient is heading to the iGaming AFRIKA Summit at Sarit Expo Centre - Africa's biggest gaming industry event - and we need two sharp, confident lead generators to join us on the ground. Your job is simple: work the floor, start conversations, collect quality leads, and support prospect meetings across the 3-day summit. ───────────────────────── WHAT YOU'LL DO • Engage attendees (operators, suppliers, investors) and qualify prospects • Represent Digient professionally in a B2B environment • Coordinate and sit in on meetings with potential clients • Capture lead data accurately using provided tools ───────────────────────── WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 1–3 years in sales, BDR, or business development • Comfortable networking with senior decision-makers • Strong English communication skills (Swahili a bonus) • Familiarity with iGaming, fintech, or tech sectors is an advantage • LinkedIn-literate and CRM-aware ───────────────────────── WHAT YOU GET • Competitive hourly rate (KES 500–700/hr) • Performance bonus per qualified lead • 1-hour daily virtual training sessions (pre-event) • Direct exposure to Africa's top gaming industry players ───────────────────────── This is a short-term contract with real upside, great pay, great room, great people.
