I need an experienced tele-caller who can jump straight into lead generation for both B2B and B2C campaigns. For the consumer side you will focus on retail & e-commerce, healthcare and financial-services prospects, while the business side will span any company profiles that fit our solution’s ICP. Your job is to pick up the phone, follow a supplied script (or refine it if you can improve conversions), and hand back warm, qualified leads with complete contact details and brief call notes. I will provide the raw data lists; you supply a clear call log and a daily summary so I can see exactly where each prospect sits in the funnel. Key points • Call volume: you should be comfortable with high-throughput outbound dialing. • Reporting: update the shared Google Sheet or your own CRM export at end of day. • Tools: predictive dialer or VoIP of your choice, but make sure call recordings are accessible for spot checks. • Languages: fluent English is essential; any regional language skills are a bonus. I’ll judge success on number of qualified leads delivered and their conversion rate once handed to my sales team, so accuracy and persistence matter more than sheer call quantity. If you’ve run similar blended B2B/B2C campaigns, include a quick note on results you achieved and the verticals you called into.
