Property lead generator commission only

I have over 18yrs in the real estate field (residential and commercial), from domestic and international acquisitions for major developer group, team building, leasing and sales team training, development consultant, project planning, project management, feasibility study, and property management. I am not quite sure the scope of what you are looking for but certainly would love to hear more and commission structure works fine for me, I appreciate the challenges that mutually benefit from the performance.
