Hey all, We are a startup from Australian, looking to hire Indian developers. I’ve created our own NDA and contractor contract that confirmed 12 months work and beyond. I understand that it needs to be approved by the Indian association. Can someone help me to make these 2 documents official and meet the Indian regulations , protect the development and idea overall and all code etc. Two documents 1st document NDA 2 pages long 2nd document contractor contract , 16 pages long What I need done: 1. Verify if these documents meet the Indian regulations 2. Ensure we are covered in India , we don’t want anyone to steal our code or get hold of it. 3. Ensure it’s approved and can be used in court of law 4. It meets the necessary requirements for contractors to trade and ensure they are countable for damages.
