Looking for a tech I can hire per hour to work a streaming project. Must know linux in and out and be a guru on FFMPEG with sound and video. Before I decide on who to hire,, I want to make sure they understand what I am trying to do. I have created a hardware unit running a SIP Client that can connect to RTSP or http camera streams. The idea is to call into the sip client, the client would then access the video /audio stream from the camera and send it to PBX connected to a Video phone. I have this working with video using a client called Baresip, v4l2loopback and FFMPEG. Right now I trying to figure out how to send the sound to a sound loopback at the same time send the received video/ audio from the video phones to a stream. The inbound now comes to the local sound and video port but II would like to output it as a RTSP or HTTP instead. So basically its a SIP to RTSP and RTSP to SIP converter. Once we get it working correctly, then create a web portal for configuration. Transcoding options would me nice , SIP source is always h264 I am looking for help with finishing this project, Do you think you have the skils ?

Hello, I have 9+ years of experience working as a web developer/full stack developer. Very proficient in php, javascript. I am very good at linux as well, I have worked for a hosting provider, which gained my linux knowledge. I have also done an online video encoding platform. As such, I am very good at ffmpeg. Although I am new to SIP and PBX, I think, I can get familiarised with it fast enough. I am good at node.js, which can be used to control the process (start/stop/data in/data out) running on a linux. This will be an advantage, when we move to a portal. Transcoding can be added easily, with user defined video settings from the portal / a predefined set of encoding settings. Regards,
