Magento 2.3 problems, speed up

Hello, We are currently using Magento 2.3.3, mysql 5.6, redis, litespeed (site owner plus), elastic search running on the same server, dedicated server 32Gb memory and whm. Theme used is Pearl from Weltpixel. Traffis is not more then 40-50 active users. -There are some misconfigurations between server/mysql/magento that have as result high CPU usage and slow site. - As observation, the adwords traffic has a impact on the overall performance of the site. If the adwords traffic is higher then 10-20% of all users, the site is slower even gives timeouts. If the organic traffic increases with the same amount, nothing happens. (we suspect a database issue, nothing found so far) The project has to have as result: solve the high usage problem, clean magento from the unused css and modules to make the site speed bellow 2 seconds. We have mirasvit extension for acceleration, not much impact now. Payment for this project would be 1/3 after is done and 2/3 after 1 month. 1.5 months minimum Waranty period.
