Need to solve Big Blue Button audio issue on existing setup

Hello, it's because UDP ports are no communicating with client device may be because your server behind the firewall NAT please let me know whether you were getting the audio after installation and audio lost recently? Did you check it with another internet connection? Regards Vilbi
