Hi! Dont use OpenVPN on Mikrotik is horrible and will work in a wrong way. You need to solve your problem using another solucion like IPEC+IKEv2 or SSTP and route your traffic in the same way but with low latency and cpu. Mikrotik only works using OpenVPN over TCP and in some cases this will be a pain. Good luck in your request and let me know if we can chat to solve this. Wy others linux admins says yes to this ?? there is a lot of work abount OpenVPN poor quality on RouterOS, please guys don't do this is a bad way to won money.
