We are currently in the process of developing a system for the food/beverage suppliers and retailers in the USA. The objective is to help them seamlessly reconcile 1. Orders from retailers and the invoices against supplies 2. Goods received by retailers 3. Retailers sales and inventory management Plus several other more complex functions. We do this by scanning the paper/electronic orders/invoices, converting this data into electronic format, then first importing this into excel, reformatting data as per requirements of our system, transferring this data into online SQL Server database and then allowing each participant stakeholder create reports taking care to allow only the data for themselves to be visible to them. All this data is being processed in near real time. The system is designed to service upto almost 200+ suppliers and 2500+ retailers. We have built in the hooks and handles to expand this system to accommodate more suppliers/retailers as the demand for our system grows. Each supplier and retailer have their individual style of invoice which needs to be catered to. You have mentioned that your data needs to be organized in only 14 different workbooks for 14 different tests. In your case, since the data is already available in excel, the first step of our current process can be eliminated.
