ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION:
Agent November creates outstanding quality puzzle experiences, which immerse participants in an amazing fictional world. As an acclaimed outdoor escape room / immersive theatre company, we are now looking for an outstanding individual to join the core team, assigned to our new Deputy Manager position.
This is a part-time position, with occasional periods of full-time cover for the General Manager. You will need to be an exceptional individual, able to manage equipment maintenance, stakeholders, staff, contractors and customers both in-person, on the telephone, and by email. You must also take a strong lead on marketing and actively promoting our product to drive sales. You will also be required to undertake Health and Safety training.
We are starting this position as a Freelance contract at £10p/h, with a view to moving it Permanent during 2017. Weekend working is required but will also be agreed, rotated and shared with the General Manager to meet business needs.

Interpersonal skills for all stakeholders
Lead on Sales and Marketing
Lead on Social Media Accounts (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Equipment Maintenance and Repairs, including monitoring consumables
Lead on Charity
Understanding of Business Strategy
Knowledge and ability to take a lead on Marketing Strategy (such as Analytics, SEO, On-Going Customer Relationships)
Background in theatre/immersive/escape room management and administration and/or stage management or tour guiding
Creative and Adaptive Game Ideas
Ability to step in and lead escape games personally
