Email & Event Marketing, Ad Management and Analytics - Ongoing Resource

I am in need of a resource to help me with ongoing monthly marketing activities. (1) EMAIL MARKETING - I currently use MailChimp and I have an email marketing template created so I need someone to help me distribute my newsletter. Initially it will be once a month and eventually I would like to get to twice a month. (2) EVENT MARKETING & MANAGEMENT - I currently use Eventbrite for my workshops and webinars. I need help promoting these events and making changes to the event pages depending on the workshops being presented. All of the content for these events has been created in my drafts so I simply need content updated to reflect dates, times and location then published. I also need help promoting these events. A monthly generation and capturing of leads, placing these leads in my CRM and then promoting these events with my all my contacts. (3) AD MANAGEMENT - I would also like to add ad management to the monthly list of activities. I am not sure if I will be doing this initially as I haven't created any ads but this is something I also need help getting off the ground. I like to start simple so #1 & #2 can already be started. Maybe in the 2nd month we can start working on creating ads as more thought has to be put into it. (4) GOOGLE ANALYTICS - I would also like to have monthly reports of how these efforts #1, #2 and #3 are doing by having them tracked in Google Analytics and then have reports that allow me to see what is or isn't work, what needs to be changed and/or what may be missing. I have Google Analytics already set-up and connected to these systems so now I simply need to set up goals, start the process of monitoring my systems and then analyzing the data to provide input into the overall marketing strategy.
