Marketing Manager (Junior role also considered)

Hi, We need a Marketing Manager for our small startup e-commerce selling matcha. We are looking for a young, smart, thorough and reliable person with strong communication skills and a university degree who is Tech savvy and with determination to achieve. This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9). The main tasks are: 1. MARKETING EXECUTION: a.- Execute marketing plans: a1. Influencer marketing: Find and select relevant Youtube and Instagram influencers, reach out to them, and communicate regularly, review their profile and their post and ensure that they follow our guidelines. a2. Paid Advertising: Create new ad creatives in line with our brand vision 2. COPYWRITING and SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: a.- Copywriting: write up ad copies, post copies, and website content b.- Social Media (FB and Insta): Manage page, create new posts regularly and schedule posts online, and moderate comments 3. MARKETING PLANNING: a.- Develop new ideas of marketing strategies and of ad creatives b.- Create new ad creatives for new ad creatives for Facebook, Youtube and Instagram advertising. More responsibilities and managerial tasks will be asked as we observe the skills of the applicants. MUST: - Must have excellent writing and verbal skills in English and grammar - Must have great copywriting and marketing skills - Must have social media management experience (FB and Insta) - Must be highly motivated and driven to bring results - Must have a University degree in Marketing or Business - Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience - Must have good business acumen - Must have good command of Gmail - Must have fast internet connection - Must be thorough and pay attention to details - Must have great organizational skills GOOD TO HAVE: - Passion for healthy food, healthy lifestyle, Tea or Japanese products - Experience in Influencer marketing - Speak French - Photoshop or Illustrator skills - Good command of MS Excel - Experience in project management PERSONALITY - Must be willing to achieve - Must love marketing - Must be able to take initiative - Be Trustworthy Work will be spread from Monday to Saturday, a few hours per day.
