This was like a game which all individuals had a group (4-5 individuals form a group) and every group run a company. The aim of game was a running your company successfully (to gain profit) and prevent losing money of company or bankrupt of company. We had a new stage every week to make a decision about our company and also every stage we had new tasks to do. Moreover we had meeting with our instructor every week and talked about our company. We did three assignments for this lesson; 2 reports related to our company and a group presentation about how we ran our company. Instructor wants an individual report about it that this report should explain the overall performance of the team and the individual challenges faced by yourself during the game, focusing on how you handled these challenges. Importantly, this assignment requires you to critically reflect upon your own personal contribution to the overall team performance. Clearly identify any managerial and leadership issues related to group decision making and how conflicts if any within the group were resolved. For instance state what you did to resolve disputes within the group if any.
