We're looking for a pro to write the Business for a startup Call Center Business.
among all other points, the plan must include:
1- Business Description and Type of Call Center.
2- Management Plan
3- Efficient Technology to us for a better controlled
4- Security of the system (Since everything will be done online, we need to be able to control/monitor our agents, sound, video, screen, etc)
5- Customer will have to have full access to a Dashboard where the can access information about their account as needed including, listening to the calls
6- Sales Pitch, a document allowing us to present to the project to investors and business partners.
7- Physical Equipment Needed.
8- Marketing tools needed to sale the service to prospect.
10- The Pricing Module
11- Services that would have to target so we can start as soon as possible.
12- Market we would have to target in order to start successfully.
We'll have bids coming from everywhere, but one and one will be selected. This one will be selected based on the price, the portfolio, Quality in communication.
