Extracting data which meeting two criteria using matlab

I have big data of ships(ship’s id, date(yyyymmdd), time(hhmmss), longitude(degree), latitude(degree), speed(knots), course(degree)) The time interval of the raw data is about 30seconds ~ 1 minute depend on receiving rate of antenna. That is why each data of ship has different time stamp. I’d like to calculate distance between two ships in the same time. So, I interpolated all ships data every 2 seconds for calculating distance. The interpolated data changed to 30 times bigger than the raw data. I attached sample data of only 12 ships. My It should be met 2 criteria (time, distance) in the same time. First criterion is hours, threshold value is 3 hours it means that Second criterion is distance, threshold value is 15 nautical miles I'd like to get this data which is how many days like meeting two criteria.
