hi it's simple...its may be missing toolbox when you install matlab. otherwise toolbox path not correctly added. simply put restoredefaultpath in matlab script start ...may be it's 'll works...kindly share which version of matlab if you need any clarification kindly contact through chat...thank you...

I think the error most probably caused due to one of the followings: 1. Using commands from old version of MATLAB in your current MATLAB which is R2019a 2. Using LIBSVM toolbox instead of MATLAB statistical toolbox
